Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy If you cancel your appointment with more than 24 hours notice, no fee will be charged to your credit card. However, all cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the reserved service fee. A “no show” or a cancellation within 4 hours of your appointment time will result in 100% of the reserved service fee. Reoccurring cancellations within 24 hours will be subject to additional charges. ​ Late Arrivals All appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for each service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be afforded extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service.
